SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping.
Any order over $30 will receive free shipping.
Because our treats are freshly baked and dehydrated, we need time to make your order. Please allow 7 days after placing your order for us to make your order. The turnaround time may be longer than 7 days during the months of August to December due to the our large amount of festivals and holiday events.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive notification of its tracking number. Most orders will arrive in 2-3 days, but a shipped order can take between 1 and 5 days to arrive. USPS and UPS are the shipping carriers we use. Our packages will come in teal polymailers or brown boxes with a Mr. Pickles logo sticker.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All dog treat sales are final. We do NOT offer returns on dog treats.
If you are dissatisfied with your order or you received the wrong order, please contact us directly.

If you have purchased something other than dog treats, it has been within 30 days of purchase, and you wish to return your unused merchandise, the tag must still be attached and you must send original proof of the purchase.

Return processing usually takes 5-10 business days after the receiving of your package.
You will be notified when your return as been received.
You will be refunded the amount paid for returned products at the time of purchase.
